What You'll Do

We’re looking for a dynamic, driven professional to join our Advisory Management Consulting team as a Senior Consultant or Manager – Project Manager. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to support application selection, technology implementations, and project management across a diverse portfolio of industries and engagements.

Who You Are

Project leadership and management: 

  • Initiate, plan, and execute advisory engagements from kick-off to completion 
  • Create detailed project plans, define project scope and objectives, and manage all project resources 
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations 

 

Risk management and problem-solving: 

  • Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to address them
  • Act as a problem-solver, anticipating client needs and resolving any issues that arise during an engagement

 

Client Communication: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships
  • Communicate project status, key milestones, and critical issues to both clients and internal senior leadership
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with C-level client executives and other key stakeholders

 

Business development: 

  • Identify and propose opportunities to expand advisory services with existing clients 
  • Support practice growth initiatives and help with business development efforts 

 

 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, or related roles.  
  • Familiarity with AI, Gen AI, RPA, digital automation and workflow tools 
  • Technical proficiency in ERP platforms, such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, and Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and client-friendly manner 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end transformation projects and deliver measurable results 
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships 
  • Understanding of Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • PMP certification is preferred 
  • Tech certifications preferred 
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $155,000 

*Salaries offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
