What You'll Do

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to join our Management Consulting team as a Senior Manager – Digital Finance and Finance Transformation Services. In this role, you’ll guide clients through complex transformation programs that modernize their finance functions and align finance strategy with business goals. You’ll be responsible for shaping solutions across Finance Transformation strategy, Finance Operating Model design, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementations, and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process improvements.

You’ll partner closely with client executives, including CFOs, controllers, and finance leaders, while also leading project teams, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to the continued growth of our practice. 

 

Client & Project Leadership 

  • Lead large-scale finance transformation projects: Spanning process design, operating model development, and system implementation
  • Relationship development: Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, building strong relationships and providing solutions that drive measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with teams: Work with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and define project scope, goals, and deliverables 
  • Project management: Bring structure and leading project management practices to ensure seamless project execution
  • Thought Leadership: Leading practice perspectives around the CFO’s organization, including finance process, enterprise architecture, existing and emerging solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain standards: Develop and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies to ensure system integrity and security
  • Business development: Identify, source and cultivate new business relationships and project opportunities, supporting and leading go-to-market initiatives

 

Process & Technology Transformation 

  • Architect financial solutions: Design and oversee the development of digital finance solutions, including ERP systems, financial planning software, and reporting to 
  • Financial knowledge: Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax
  • Stay current: Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital finance to recommend and implement new solutions
  • Business Process Optimization: Partner with clients on end-to-end process optimization, including Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Procure-to-Pay (PtC), and Record-to-Report (RtR) processes
  • System and process integration: Ensure seamless integration between various financial systems and other enterprise applications
  • Change management: Ensure adoption of new systems through designing and helping clients deploy robust change management best practices

 

People Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Team Development: Share expertise to build team capabilities and support practice development 
  • Team Management: Manage, mentor, and coach project team members, creating a positive and collaborative learning environment 
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. You should be able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences 
  • Collaboration and cross-selling: Collaborate across consulting disciplines to deliver integrated, client-focused solutions; work across the broader firm on go-to-market initiatives
  • Thought leadership: Contribute to thought leadership by staying current on industry trends and bringing innovative ideas forward

 

Who You Are

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6–8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Consulting, or related roles
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale system and process transformations 
  • Strong knowledge of mid-market finance and accounting digital solutions (including, ERP, EPM, and other adjacent solutions) 
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, including close, consolidation, FP&A, management reporting, and QTC
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end transformation projects and deliver measurable results
  • Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Industry experience that includes Manufacturing and Distribution, Real Estate, and Financial Services

Estimated Salary Range:  $110,000-  $210,000
