Senior Associate, Transaction Services

Are you a seasoned audit or transaction services professional with a passion for exceptional client service and growing your knowledge within the transaction services space? We have a unique opportunity at the Senior Associate level where you can provide a detailed analysis to help clients execute on their deals also also helping clients with post deal work. This includes helping with training personnel, producing numbers, and implementing new processes. Commitments: 

• Provide a detailed analysis and expertise to help clients execute on their deals
• Assist clients post-deal with training personnel, producing numbers, and implementing new processes
• Actively and effectively engage with clients
• Juggle 3-4 projects within one week
• Use their technical accounting skills and feel comfortable using Excel on a daily basis
• Utilize research skills to generate potential solutions with the engagement team
• Work hard and have an appetite for learning
• Effectively communicate with target company personnel and their representatives, team members, and other stake holders

Required: 

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of relevant progressive experience
• Open to a background of public accounting Assurance and/or client facing Transaction Services/due diligence experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills  
• Strong external and internal communication required, due to client facing role and importance of strong partnership with internal engagement teams  
• Initiative to learn, ask questions, operate in a fast-paced environment, challenge the status quo develop strong relationships internally, and flexibility are required and keys to succes

Estimated Salary Range:  $70,000 - $125,000*
